FLAT MAPS ANIMATION

My first animated short to date, entitled Flat Maps, is an experimental looping animation about the connectedness of man and nature. Originally devised from a series of six drawings which heavily employed minimalism, a specific color palette, and odd shapes found throughout my home. I created a zine/guide and gallery installation to accompany this work in March of 2018. Animation Credits: Created, Animated, and Directed by Alicia Corman, Co-Directed and Edited by Edon Muhaxheri, Technical Assistance by Arushi Kathuria, Sound Design by Shane Shirey and Alicia Corman. - Semifinalist in the Motion Graphics Category of the Adobe Awards. - Shown at ICON10 in Detroit, at the Center for Creative Studies.
